Stories of Lives Changed
"Lifting my voice in thanks, recounting all your wondrous deeds.

"You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of His own, so that you may announce the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light. Once you were "no people" but now you are God's people; you "had not received mercy" but now you have received mercy." - 1 Peter 2:9-10
"They conquered him [the devil] by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony" - Revelation 12:11
The Catholic Charismatic Renewal would like to collect and proclaim testimonies - stories of God's work in our lives - especially through the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, and offer them here for His glory and to encourage people to be open to all that God would like to do in their lives. The Lord is busy, always at work drawing us closer to Him. God calls us to conversion, giving us new life and new hope in Jesus. He opens our hearts to serve the poor and the sick, to come alongside the least, the lost, and the lonely. He heals people in mind, body, and soul. He restores families. He provides when things seem desperate. He delivers us from evil. He sets people free. He reaches out to the abandoned person, and teaches the art of living. He finds the orphan, and calls them into community. He cares for the widow, and restores joy. He comes to the foreigner, and makes them citizens of His Kingdom. He transforms a culture of death into a culture of life. One person at a time, God is building His Kingdom, which is a civilization of love. He is filling people with the Holy Spirit and giving spiritual gifts that build people up and make known His goodness.
He says, "Behold, I make all things new" - Revelation 21:5.

You may submit testimonies as text or video. If you would like someone to help record your story on video, please email us about setting up a time to meet. Everyone has a story, and some are more dramatic than others, but all can teach us about His immense love, so we encourage you to contact us and tell your story. In keeping with the purpose of this website of serving people through the Catholic Charismatic Renewal, please keep stories focused on what God has done in your life, in particular through your relationship with the Holy Spirit.
